Hello,

I am a US Citizen intending to marry my fiance who is a Canadian Citizen (born and lives there) in November 2011. My plan is to move to Canada with my new husband after our wedding in November. We are assuming that the Spousal Sponsorship is the best route. But I'm posting this here to see if anyone out there has some advice in my situation. I need to know if the spouse sponsorship is the best route to take, and if so, once we send off the application, will I be able to move to Canada after our wedding, or will I have to wait till everything is approved? I've been told that I can just go to Canada on a Visitor Record and come back to the States every 6 months until my application is approved. I would like to hear some stories from anyone out there who has been through this before.
