hi when our papers went to nvc i waited 1 week then called everyday for 2 weeks to nvc to see if there was any information it always said our papers have not reached office yet but after 2 weeks calling i got letter in mail dated oct 28 that they recieved our papers and has been sent to manila embassy4 days later nov 11th my finacee recieved a letter in mail giving instuctions to download forms on
