the kids do not have a immeidate family to go to. the kids stayed with us always. they never took them. they sent a mental health care guy for my wife and step-daughter. and they send another person also. these people came to our home for 6 weeks 3x a week. they said that our case with them is closed and that the 6 weeks program was enough for my wife. but they said that the child will need a lot of help. they gave us many information of parenting for special needs kids. we are not the only one with exprience of behavoir problem of the child. in her school also she has bad behaivior. my wife has been searching help for the child many years and they say the child was too young to pass screening. but after the 6 weeks of service from CRT(children response team) and MHC (mental health care) they are finally helping us with the child to improve behavior and learning. since the CRT and MHC said everything was fine and case is closed: we don´t know why we have attorney letter against my wife. and she is worry because the kids dont have father or anyone to take care of them if she goes to jail and i am not around.

Jail? Thats different. The judge can set a bail. You will be required to post 10% of that amount. The Judge can deny bail as well.

re: C/O - someone has assumed that since yer male, yer the child's father and/or legal guardian. IMO, this is a mistake.

[i'm not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV - but since yer name is on the documents - I smell procedural error here by the court - it's on YOU to get it corrected - to change all to the child's mother's name]

re: getting kicked out the country - I doubt it - as the jurisdiction of 'that court' is not Federal.

its weird that the child last name is on the letter and my last name also and its both just whole diffrent a big diffrence....

her last name is like 4 letters long and just 1 word .. while mine is like 3 words and 12 letters long.

I have a Question about our progress in our application.

Well first of all its more kind of a problem Question... Well me and my wife had a 6 week week program from people that help us with kids.

to make long story short ... my wife had problems with her youngest kid, one night the kid was fighting and stugeling against my wife... she wanted to pick her up by the arms and than there wer bruces on the arm ... the kid gose to school , the school sees it , the school call the cops on us .. after interview thy desided to put us on a 6 week program from 2 difrent people (3x a week) to help us with the youngest kid.

After that the case manadger said that the chase is closed... now we get a letter in the mail from criminal justice court....

infront of my name is C/O ... like the kid is not more hers but now my responsibility .. ??

also we need to go to a interview by the court order from the letter on 29 Febuary ... if i dont attend to show up with the kid i can get kicked out the country ... ???

and than also my visa exspires on 29 Febuary ... but my aos app is allredy sended...

thy also ask that i truthfully answer the questions what thy ask ... could i ask a TOLK to make me understand more the questions from w/e thy asking me ?

and also we'r afraid we will have trouble with the kid answering thy'r questions , becauz she has ADHD and is mental behind ... she has learning problems and behavior problems ... she dosnt know what is right or wrong.

ask her something she says yes even if she is thinking no and backwords..

also if thy deside from what we tell them my wife can go to jail ...

will this progress affect anything in out whole application ??

could it been seen as a RED FLAG ???

Well in Belgium the schools are difrent ...

In Belgium i got a BSO -A2 Diploma and that equals a vacationary school diploma in America.

But the question was can i translate my diploma and make them add that i did Diesel/LPG ?

i studied 3 years on that in school...

so thats why i ask , if i do translate it from Dutch to English if thy could add Diesel/LPG to it and also make it certified.

becauz bosses from garages could make a big deal out of it and tell me i dint do diesel/lpg ...

Here in America its equal to a vecationary school diploma.

People keep on saying the degree of deploma i got is higher than colledge here but lower than univercity.

It is here called a .. vacationary school second degree diploma i got.

Also my diploma dos not say, in what i learned for ...

I got my diploma after school were i had 3 years of mechanic and my last year was "Diesel/LPG" but that dose not say on my diploma.

How do i tell the people for when i start searching a job, that i did diesel/lpg becauz i hear that those people get really good paid.

but my diploma dos not say i did that ... is that any bad ??? anyone has info or help for me ?

your wife who will be your sponsor needs to complete and sign an I-864 and include a copy of her most recent Federal income tax return.

her brother who will co-sponsor needs to complete and sign an I-864 and include a copy of his most recent Federal income tax return.

I know exacly how u both feel, for us it was the same.

In my case we knew eachoter for like 2 year so we did our application , even so that she visited me to belgium twice.

So i came in as (K-1 Visa) Application.

K-1 visa is for Fiance/Fianceé, that means if he go's to the US u guy's have to get married within the 90day's of his arrival into the US.

K-3 is for Husband/Wife Application, K-3 Visa is if ur allready married.

Does the date that you tell the officer at the interview that you are planning to enter the US have to be the date that you stick to? me and my fiance have our K1 visa approved he told the interviwer that he was planning on entering the US around march but now we are thinking of him coming in june will this be a problem at the POE we had sent in documents when we first started the process about wedding plans and reciepts for a venue and for the wedding to be in april but now this will prob change to june will this all be an issue at the POE? thanks for any advice

No, it just matter that u marry within the 90 day's of arrival into the US.

At the POE thy give u stamp on ur passport of the time u have to get married,

so just make sure u married be4 and not on the date or close to the date of the stamp

Or just 1 for the one who is sponsoring me ?

And if the One sponsering me is difrent than the other sponsor i had ... must there be a other one from form I-129F made ?

Cauz First her mother signed for me the form I-864 in first placeor my K-1 Visa ...

but now her Brother wants to sign it for me because he earns way more than her mother.

Or is it just that he needs to make/sign the Form I-864 ? and thats it ?

Do i need to send them again a I-129F Form ? becauz we allready sended them one when we started the whole application from K-1 Visa.

Do i need to need to translate my birthcertificate ? because there is no Reqest for that.

Can i use more than 1 sponsor ? if so do i need to send them more than 1 I-129F ? or just send it like that?

Please help , this letter confuse me alot.

congrats .

USCIS will send receipts for each application AOS, AP EAD, etc. some show money some do not.

I recieved 2 receipts , 1 from AOS 1070$ and 1 for working permith 0$

You should have paid for your AOS and biometrics all at the same time.

So thats why it dosnt say any price on the letter ?
