Your profile says you filed for the spousal visa via DCF. That means filing directly with the local US embassy, ie not via a lockbox in the USA.
You may have written the correct address, but maybe they read it wrong, or left a number off your street address (say, 75 North Street instead of 975 North Street). I would call them and check what address they have on file.
my Husband mailed it to Phoenix AZ Lockbox, maybe We call Again the USCIS to ask abt it again.. thanks for all your help

Please fill in your profile and timeline; are you really doing DCF? If so, you don't normally get NOA 1 and 2 in the mail. Did you check they have the correct address for both of you?
What DCF mean? yes we wrote the correct adress?

my hubby call the USCIS and told him that our I-130 was approved but we dont recieve NOA1 and NOA2. We dont know what next to do?

thanks everyone for all your reply, its really a big help, i asked my husband abt it yes his mama got RFE but he dont respond yet cos the papers are at mamas house, cos his working in diff places. now i got some answer to my question

my husband and i dont know what to do now.. the first time my hubby sent my petition to the USCIS it back cos lots of error in answering like writing dates. and then he files again almost 3-4 months of waiting we dont here nothing yet. cant wait to be with him :help:
