  1. have the USCitizen Petitioner call back to USCIS, get a Tier 2 Human, an ISO,

then ask: "Do you have any returned mail pieces for me?"

If the answer is yes, go over the proper address with the ISO Human, and ask that all postal pieces be resent to the proper address.

In the meantime, whilst waiting, if there WERE returned mail pieces,

    tell the USCitizen Petitioner to:

    1. tape a name card to the post box lid, with the names of the people that live at that address. Use a laser printer, and big letters, so it's all legible.

    2. Have the USCitizen Petitioner make 2 sets of brownies, and show up with a set, twice during the week, to meet up with the US Postal Carrier. Introduce himself, give the brownies, and carefully say his name outloud in a sentence. The postal carrier will remember the name, and your USCitizen Petitioner just made a new friend.

[why, you ask? US Postal Carriers don't give a sh|t about proper delivery, and it really takes a bit of social engineering to get the US Postal Carrier to notice you]

    Good Luck !

ok We will try to do do that, thanks a lot

    :)

  2. Your profile says you filed for the spousal visa via DCF. That means filing directly with the local US embassy, ie not via a lockbox in the USA.

You may have written the correct address, but maybe they read it wrong, or left a number off your street address (say, 75 North Street instead of 975 North Street). I would call them and check what address they have on file.

my Husband mailed it to Phoenix AZ Lockbox, maybe We call Again the USCIS to ask abt it again.. thanks for all your help
