    my hubby file again my petition, but still we dont hear nothing from USCIS its almost 2 months of waiting..my hubby called USCIS but they said we dont have record..:( we dont know what to do now... i miss and i want to be with him so much :(

      Be patient, I had to wait for 6 months until my hubby's petition got approved by USCIS :(

    the date, cos we only put 80 rather than 1980, and some erasure but we take it positive..dont give up... we know that there is much better happen next.

    we back to start again...=( so sad!!!! cos of some little mistake... but we never give up cos the USCIS send us ne papaers and intructions how to make. God put us together, we believe God will make away . =)

    im new here at Vj, so many Question run to my mind..we dont know if we did the right thing,my hubby sent last monday at USCIS,He file petition for me a K3 visa.. we got married last aug 11,2010..im here in the Philippines, he is from Oklahoma and now work at mississippi.. pls let me know if we did the right thing.. thanks...

      k3 visa no longer exits. (k1 or cr1)
