I really dont think the embassy makes outbound phone calls to notify you - they just mail you a document. Sometimes it gets lost in the mail. Do an "Advanced Search" at the top right, and select Find in Forum "Philippines" and search for scheduling interview. Loads of information..

When we got our MNL # we scheduled our interview online immediately. (15 days out) No need to wait on the embassy to send you the letter, you may or may not ever get it. From what I remember you will need beneficiary's passport number, the MNL # and also have the EAC # just in case. Either schedule online, or call the call center.

Not yet, still waiting. Sure do see alot of filers after ours that are getting approved though. I see you're still waiting to? What did they say when you put in a service request?
