Will they know she is unemployed, are they able to check that? Would it be best if she just say's she is self-employed, and provide 3 years of tax returns?

A few questions...

1. If you are not living together at the time of the application, but plan on moving in together very soon, is this an issue? How do you get around this.

2. My wife is currently "unemployed", but earned 6-figures for the past 10 years. She is in the process of starting a new business. Will this be an issue? Her tax returns show large annual incomes, and she has substantial savings. Should we just put down she is unemployed on the form, as she is currently collecting unemployment, about $400 per week. She is definitely above the poverty line.

3. Can I submit the I-131 and I-485 concurrently while I am still in status, on an F1 student visa. It expires July 12, 2011, so time is ticking.
