I filed a form I-485 and i got a USCIS receipt, butt they also sent me a letter requesting more evidence, and it was regarding my form I-864 wich is the one that i'm having problems with.
My uncle is going to be the joint sponsor, I put all the information about his income but i also want to put his assets, wich are a few properties, but my aunt also appears as owner of them, my questions is.. Does she need to sign a form I-864A or what is the best way to go??
