My understanding of this, but still at NVC stage at the moment.... is that anything that you feel will support your relationship such as photos copies of other documents submitted as you correctly stated, emails, chat logs, phone logs ,but only a random selection perhaps 6 or 7 of each to help support the current evidence they have.

    If you have read about photos, not sure as I have not seen anything to the same, but cant hurt to take a couple of US style.

    The USC must be legally resident in Canada, possibly for as much as one year.

    The USC may file I-130 to any Consulate in Canada except Quebec City.
