    Found this at USEM website 2 types of case status remarks.."Pending Review –means your case is still under administrative processing. The Embassy cannot determine how long the processing may take. Each review is on a case by case basis." OR Documents Needed/Information Needed –means the Embassy needs more information from you, as specified in the 221(g) letter provided after the interview. Needs 20 days process

    the validity of my medical is 3 months! my medical will expire on Oct 21. I hope I will be out of AP before then. Or else I have to do another SPUTUM test :(

    I am in the Philippines with my babe! Arrived yesterday morning. We worked on our documents this morning for the inteview tomorrow. We're about as prepared as we can be. Lord I know you will be w/ us and guide through the process tomorrow and Patty's visa will be approved in Jesus name...Amen!!!

    Aug 15-16: Medical Aug 22, 2011: Interview Day.... Since MNL time is a day ahead.... it will be my Fiance's birthday.... so we know what he's wishing for!!! ahhh so exciting!

      sis i mo na need packet na yan.as long as may mnl case number ka na pwede ka na magmedical.pakita mo lang yong scanned copy ng noa2 mo tska email ng nvc na may mnl #.ganyan din ginawa ko.tapos na ako magmedical last aug 2 and 3.

      sis nag ask ako sa doc if dapat ba 1 week before or after menstration ang pagmedical.sabi sa akin ok lang kahit kelan ka magmedical as long as wala ka dugo the day of your medical.

      i understand u sis.is sinabi di yon sa akin kahapon ng morning wait daw ako ng 4 to 6 weeks kasi daw kkareceive lang daw nila ng file ko.but look sis pagkagabi may mnl case number na ako.siguro they mean by 4 to 6 weeks is just estimated time na yong files natin e maforward nila sa USEM.

    Does the California Service Center seem to be trying to catch up or move faster? We keep hoping because the waiting is so difficult.

      hi eve and jim.rapidvisa helps a lot too on filling 129f.we did not get and RFE.and we were approved after 74 days.they are very helpful.goodluck on your journey.
