If you're wife has just admitted you're forms, it will take a while before you get an interview notice.... Uscis will go over you're information to make sure it's correct, and if anything is wrong they will send it all back to you, along with a notice - telling you what to correct, if that happens of course! You'll get NOA for bio metrics and they choose the date, time n place where you'll go...

It's a process, as there are many people out there going through immigration visas and whatnots

Just be patient and make sure everything is correct

Thanks Kiwi for your help, now its going to é weeks we did send and no mail nothing,everything is correct thaugh,bt really we hate being apart,we hate waiting,all we want is to be together,thats why i am asking,if its gonna take a couple of weeks thats fine,months or years,no,we married to be together not apart.

Yes there is many applications for visa in moroccos consulat,so they give the interview appointment a month later,but we are still we are still waiting for this.

Yes this website has been a great help to us. That is not the problem. The problem is finding someone to help with the affidavit of support. My friend said they would do it but they have had everything they have needed for a month now and are in no hurry to send the papers to me. Time is running out and we are tired of asking everyday if they are going to send me the papers needed for the affidavit of support. All we want is to be together and don't care if it is here in the USA or in Morocco. All that is important is being together.

Dear visa journers,my wife and i are going to cancel our process,becuase all the people we asked to help us,are liers,and dont want us to be together,now she is moving to Morocco and live with me,my question is,what is the process to get my wife a Moroccan resident card,and how long it takes,what papers we will need,and where we can start.our perspose is to be together,is there anybody had the same thing.we are doing this solution because if there is an application to get a visa to Paradise,it wont take that long and wont be noisy.thank you for your helps.

I do not make enough money to bring my husband to the USA according to the poverty guidelines. So when you have a joint sponsor is it a combination of the two household incomes to cover the poverty guidelines, my household and the joint sponsors household. Or does one person need to make enough money to cover the total number of people for both households. The information i have read does not explain this very clearly. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We are new to visajourney ,and we need some help. My husband and I were married in april 2011. When I came back to the states from Morocco I started the paperwork to immigrate my husband to the US. I filled out the I-130 and mailed it and a money order in to the lockbox. We received our NOA1 in july for the I-130. We were routed to the california service center. We received the receipt numbers ,but when we log on to uscis.gov it's always on the initial review. How long before we will receive the NOA2 and what do we need to do next? Thank you for any help you can give us.
