  2. Hi everyone,i ve been married for more that a year now (i entered the states as A K1) ,unfortunateley my marriage has been going down in the past months,my wife -A US citizen -has been really mean and and rude, and i can't believe that this is the women i married a year ago.I asked for divorce,so we ll be filing for divorce in the next weeks. My question is :Does it matter to the immigration services (when i ll apply for I-751 with waiver in the future) the person who file for the divorce? My 2nd question is :How long does it take in the immigration services to remove the conditions after filing for I-751. My 3rd question(please bear with me) is:Will I be allowed travel outside the states(for a short period) while filing for I-751.Thanks everybody , i apreciate your patience.

  3. hello guys i just want to share with you my interview experience since i learned a lot myself from other's eperiences through this interesting forum.we had the interview yesterday morninig,we went there 15 minutes earlie,we passed through the checking line, and then went upstairs.i dropped my letter in a mail box by the door of the office,20minutes later a gentlman called my name.we follwed him to his office, then he tlod us to raise our right hand to take the oath(swear to say the truth ,and that all the information is correct"or someting like that"...yes i swear.he asked for the papers.i gave him a bundle of copies,of everything, properely classified,it took him like 3 minutes to go and verify all the papers,we put everything on the table.our passeport ,sscard, state id,photos...so that i do not have to reach for the file everytime he might ask about something.he,then, asked my wife how we first met, that's it,he did not ask for photos or letters,or even I-864. then he took my passport ,looked for the right page then put a stamp, and told me that i am now a permanent resident with conditions(for two years)and that i will get my green card in few weeks or months.by the way ,he kept my employment card with him and said that i do not need it any more.so that's it,less than 10 minutes that's all it take us.End Of Joureny:) NB:the officer was an american from ethiopia,he was really easy going, smiling, and so helpful...thanks to the melting pot
