one month and it will be 1 year waiting with no update in my case!! i can't ask the embassy or anyone, is that normal OR something wrong!!!

hi fadi, i really dont know why, i try to call the embassy many times and all i got is sorry you have to send an email, and when i send the answer like copy and paste, like how they always answer me!
fadi what you got when you checking by the embassy website, when i put my passport numer they said its nonge! do you have the same?
