Finally !!!

Received an email today, "On December 3, 2014, we ordered your new card". WOOHOO!

Good luck to all those still waiting, hope its not too much longer

bored now !

I called today, at 5:45pm (1-800-375-5283) got connected to a live person almost immediately (not sure if this is a good time to call or I just got lucky), was told that my case was within processing times and could not submit a service request. when I questioned this and pointed out that it has been over 7 months, the lady checked VSC processing times and told me they are currently working on cases received 3/24/14, and I should call back when this date reaches April 2nd. When I last checked the processing times on the USCIS website it said 6 months, now it has a date of the ones they say they're working on. I figure I've got around 9 days to wait.

Please use your Receipt Number,It is on the first mail which you received from the uscis office.

I did this and it accepted the other EAC number, however I got the following response:

Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage.

I guess we go back to waiting

Hi Everyone,

swe're at a little over 7 months since Vermont received our petition, so I tried to submit a service request online. got the following Error:

• You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

I double checked the EAC number and its correct, the form I selected was I751, however when I check the case status it lists CR189 - PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, but there is no CR189 in the list for the service request

Can anyone help? is CR189 the same as I751? and why cant I submit the online service request, does anyone have a phone number for service requests?

It has been a long hard wait since November 2010. NOA2 August 26th. NVC Closed October 11th. Please Santa All I want for Christmas is my Interview Date, my Interview Date.

Who else is waiting for their December Interview Date?

Has anyone got there December Interview Date that closed NVC in October?

we too are waiting for an interview date, our case was completed at NVC Fri 10/21/2011

We were told by operator at NVC that they only allocate interview dates in the 2nd week of each month, told us to call back Nov 7th and expect interview 4-6 weeks after that, hoping its before all the embassy staff go home for the holidays

"Received" on the 1st or so they say...no case number.

Attach a scan of your NOA2

we did this and it seemed to nudge them into doing something with the file, received a reply within 24 hrs with case number

Hi all,

Does anyone know the correct address to mail the DS3032 choice of agent hard copy?

AVR says they mailed the DS3032 but it hasn't arrived yet, my (US) wife already has a form with my signature on and we would like to send straight away instead of waiting for the one in the mail. I have already sent a choice of agent email but want to send a hard copy just to make sure.

UPDATE - I130 approved - txt & email received late Friday Evening 7/8/11

waiting for hard copy, seems like CSC are taking a long time to send to NVC from looking at timelines on here, seems 10 days is a minimum and some guys have been waiting much longer, ha you'd think we would be used to the waiting by now lol
