    aaa si gracias..you answered my question! How does the wavier work...you pay a fine and they give you a penalty or by paying the fine the X number of years penalty is gone?

    I´m doing it by my self...I´ve helped all my uncles bring their families over so I kinda know some stuff but I´m glad we met each other cause I have a couple questions about the whole I-864 form and the I-864A. I hope you can help me out ;)When are you going back to see your hubby?

    mm not really but I bet we can find out through here, and the estimated time shows up on the bottom of your timeline. It calculates it for you already! :) mine is...."Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between September 15, 2011 and September 23, 2011*."

    no no thank God my husband has never been to the US illegally,so we wont have that prob. I´m still waiting for our NOA2.I ask because he has a cousin that lives in Chicago and is currently there illegally and just got married to an American citizen and he told my husband he just paid a fine and thats it they forgave him,I don't think its that easy right?Don´t illegals have to leav...
