i got my green card , and now my husband wants us to go back and visit the Philippines He booked the ticket right away he put the information from my green card not from my Philippine Passport will it cause a delay ?? or problem

Ditto response to the above. Did you make sure you listed that child as your child but just left him off the "follow to join" list, or are you saying that when you filed you didn't mention him?

If you neglected to mention the child you will have problems. If you just left him of the follow to join list that's fine.

i did mention him but didnt mention that he might not be able to follow for a lil while i mean will thats still cause trouble

Hi VJERs i have a situation i have 2 kids written for my dependent on my application during the K1 process before i got here in th US , which is that they are meant for the follow to join benefits .... but we didnt put our third son becuase we thought its going to be a red flag for our k1 visa coz of the income status of my husband we would like to ask if we can file a petition for him separate from the follow to join benefit that we files for two of my son

I was going to ask if I can apply my son a tourist visa for him to be with me on Christmas in the US

yeah and now i am taking up free nursing assistant classes in the reservation hoping that they would let me be employed so i can help my husband on our daily budget coz i know how much he had spent for this process just for us to be together and i feel so helpless now i thought that we woul.dnt have anymore problems once we get here like we can start our lives livnng like husband and wiofe helping each other and enjoy things now that we found out we have to pay another thousand we started to live below our means so to be able for my legal stay in the US . came in on k1 visa and got married on august 19 , i already applied for ssn and started some CNa class but havent started working coz they need EAD but since my husband is a lil broke right n ow paying off the credit cards used for my fare and other stuff just for me to get here, i dont think we can file AOS till next three weeks for we need to save up a lil to pay 1010 dollars for the AOS , will i be ok becasue my I-194 will expire on november 2 ....PS we already gathered our papers just havent sent it coz we dont have enough money to pay for it yet ....

naaawwww they need it printed and all in file ... you also dont need to bring a whole filing cabinet of all your chat records and stuff ... i showed them that my fiance and i have had known each other since 2003 i took our first mail as a friend then the last message he got me from 2005 and the chat records we had chronoligical timeline just to prove that you have an ongoing relationship , photos ... i printed out and put them on scrap book not all but some of our pictures that we are together that we met personally , with captions like the first time he visited , that we went to spent time together going to parks malls that he proposed to me that he met my family and friends and my relatives one picture per event or place you been through with their daTes and descriptions.

Well right now i havent got any news about my visa i tried today but they said its still at the us embassy just got me thinking why are some of the k1 applicants that was interviewed the same date i was interviewed july 15 got their visa already .... i feel bad

so me and my fiance not doing good he been really mean to me and kind of disrespectful saying i piss him off and i give ####### to him! but i really dont know how, sometimes it feels like he hates me :/ and when i tell him how i feel he just call me a kid but i dont feel love and hate feeling like this. COngrats i got my interview last july 15 but i havent got my visa yet

oh honey, dont get disappointed, look on the bright side, you are APPROVED! I know the wait can truly test your patience, I get bored and annoyed at times too, but focus on the fact that soon, you will be on a plane to the US and with your fiance/husband forever! Try and keep really busy in the mean time, spend a lot of time with friends and family because soon, they will be very far from you, geographically speaking. Spend alot of time on VJ haha or treat yourself to nice things, maybe do a little shopping for new outfits for your new life in the US, or get your hair done. Things like that.

I hope you get to feeling better, we are all in the same boat.

Well, I guess we are in the same boat. We knew there would be a delay in our visa because, at the time of the interview, we were still waiting on my wife's HK police certificate. But we know that the HK mailed the certificate a day after the interview...2 weeks ago...and still nothing. Hang in there, but we know how you feel. You aren't the only one.
