    Quick question, according to everything i read here the course of action is to 1. File I-130, await for the NOA1. then file the I-129 and wait for the NoA on that one,and then it should be sent to the visa center. and after that to the embassy. my question is why dont we just submit a i-130 and wait for NOA1, Then NOA 2 ? it will then be sent to embassy. correct?
