    OK, I made a mistake. Jie is actually flying to Guangzhou on Thursday and will get her physical on Friday. We've been practicing interview questions alomst every day trying to prepare!

      Good idea... Amy should be there on the same day. I'll show up around the 5th. Did you know that the one medical center was closed? "Guangzhou Hemujia Medical Center would stop physical examinations from 01 Nov" so she tells me. Good luck!

    Her P-4 packet was mailed today, Oct 20, so we are now waiting for that to arrive with the interview details.

      She got the P-4 packet yesterday, the 24th, so now we’re all set for the interview. It’s off to China I go… (and we’ll come back together!!!)

    We Got It!!! We’ve been calling the DoS every day this week and just got the good news. Our interview is November 7th!!!

      Yes, you should call as soon as possible. I’m sure you will have good news as well. We’re both a bit surprised at how little time we have to prepare. Doesn’t leave us much time, but we really don’t care. We’ve been waiting for this forever, it seems. Good luck to you!

      Called the DoS today. They have our paperwork finally. Now we all wait for interview dates. Hope we don’t have to wait that long. Good luck to us all...

      Just called the DoS. GUZ has received our paperwork as well. Now we wait for an interview date. Good news for us all. Maybe our dates will be scheduled together. I plan on being in GUZ if at all possible for the interview. Hope it’s soon...

      Wow, does that mean it’s cleared customs??? Congratulations! Hope we all get our interview dates soon. The last email I sent to GUZ said they still hadn’t received ours. They keep telling us to be patient… I don’t really like them telling me that.. Good luck to you and Jie!

    Called the DOD today and they provided even less information than Guangzhou did… All they can tell me is that the package was sent and GUZ hasn’t received it yet. I kind of figured that out already...

    I’ve tried to track our package with DHL, but I’m not having much luck. Using the date the NVC gave us shows no packages sent. Emails to GUZ is frustrating because they say they have not received our file.
