    AOS pacakge was received one and a half month ago, included in the pacakge was a advance parole document application.. Stil haven't heard anything about the latter. Where do I call to inquire about the APD?

      Any possibility I could get it sooner somehow? I have a ticket for March 22. I did my biometrics in first week of February

      Really? It says K-1 -- (a)(6) if you're filing within 90 days of your entry. Then it says any other EAS application than for a replacement must be based on your pending application for adjustment under ©(9)

    Today makes 1 month since RFE was received by USCIS... according to them its can take up to 60 days to get an approval....Jus my luck i will have to wait out the 60 days....but i am hoping i will get approved soon... Best wishes to everyone today

    Day 166... O well, laid off frm my PT job today been job hunting since feb... need to find a job soon so i can show i am able to take care of my fam wen they get here on my Affidavit 134 form. I pray i get a job soon

      I am looking for someone who can fill me in on the PT education in the US, and what I would have to do to qualify as a PT in the state of Missouri.

      Hi, hope it all works out for you! Do you mind, if I ask, if you're a physical therapist and where you reside?

      I am foreign trained PT and should hopefully be moving to the US in a few months.
