    Sameh and I have decided that December is just toooooo far away. I'll leave October 3rd to rejoin him in Cairo for one beautiful week. Wish it could be more, but schedules won't allow. It'll have to last us until December...... Come on October 3rd!!!!!!

    Am home after the most amazing time of my life. I miss my Sameh so much, though. The hardest thing I have ever done was to make my feet walk onto that plane, knowing I was leaving him behind. I felt sorry for my seat-mate.... cried almost all the way to Frankfurt. Counting the days until December when I go back again.... please December, come quickly....

      I feel your pain. I remember leaving there the first time, it was tears all the way home. Each time I have been stronger, but always a hard task at heart.

      Thanks Wendy. I hate that they make it so hard for people who truly love each other to be together. All this drama! What keeps me going is the knowledge that what we have between us is strong, and beautiful, and worth fighting for!

    So it looks like I am stuck in Florida! :( Sameh feels like it is unsafe for me to come at this time.... he's too worried about what might happen in Cairo. Maybe in September??? My heart is soooo broken right now.....

    So Sameh has called the hotel I will be staying at for the umpteenth time, reminding them to take good care of me while I am there, to keep me safe, and make sure I am not disturbed by anyone!!! Lol.... I love my over protective Egyptian man, but if he's not careful the hotel will turn me away for being too high maintenance before I even check in!! ;)

    I have been gone a while, taking care of clinical and school. Now I am back, getting ready to go to Egypt! I land in Cairo July 16th!!! Can't wait to be with my Sameh!!

      Ppl watch media alot and think our country is bad but it's not true , so 90% of us just n Lv and the worst thing the fact that embassy think like this big time, and I hate 2 listen that terrorist word u get sick of it

      You know not all people feel that way. Most I encounter here adjusted better to it the longer we were in a relationship. People are now fasinated to know my husband is from Egypt. I think people feel a little hesitant because of the failures of online meeting. Hold your head up high and keep being in love. Best wishes.
