Hi Guys,

I have a O2 visa since november 2011.

My boss stop paying me from January 2011.

Its been now 3 months since I havent been paid

Decided to work from my place bc I couldt afford coming at my work place anymore.

I have been forced to quit because of this issue, and now my employer wants me to sign a termination letter with abusive clauses. Thus, I had to hire a lawyer to represent me and get my money.

Do I have the right to stay in the US until my case get solved?

Please help

I 129 One page missing ! Is it a problem at the embassy?

Ok so my petition for a O2 visa has just been approved by the USCIS, so I took an appointment at the US embassy in Paris to get it confirmed. Now during my process I had to submit additional information twice. My I129 was incomplete and I needed to fill the O supplement, which i did (obviously). The problem is that i did not make a copy of this additional page

I know that you have to bring the complete petition at the embassy, will it be a problem if this page is missing??? I have everything else... I was also wondering if the USCIS was sending the petition the embassy..?

Please let me know anyone I am freaking out and I hope this will not blow everything up /

My fiance won the green card lottery a few months ago (despite of all the latest trouble, nope he's not concerned) !

I actually have a B1 visa for 6 months and Its getting obvious that we do wanna stay in NYC. If we get married, which options do I get? Will it change something? and will I be able to remain on the territory during the process? We don't wanna be apart, so please help and tell me which options can i get.
