Hi VJ's. Is it normal for the vermont service center Fiance Visa approval to be completed in less than 2 months? I have a friend and she told me recently that they were approved already. They did not submit further primary or secondary evidences!. All they did is kept on calling the service center everyday to check the status of their case. I was wondering this could be the reason, the service center expidite the process and they approved them right away. So those couples who are waiting their NOA2, you might try to contact Vermont service center everyday so that they're going to expidite the process of your case too! Good luck everyone!. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions. Do we need to wait to get the NVC letter mailed to us or can we schedule the interview once we have the MNL case number when we call the NVC? If we do need the NVC letter to schedule an inteview, can we just use an email from the NVC referencing the case number in replacement of that instead of having to wait for the NVC to mail it to us? Also, I saw a post that stated to give the beneficiary number to the NVC to find out the MNL number. Is this correct? Or is it the WAC receipt number? I called the NVC and gave the NVC rep the receipt number that starts with a WAC .... The NVC rep said they have not received the case so wanted to be sure if I should use the beneficary number instead.

Also, whats the typical wait time to receive the NVC letter and to get the MNL case number? Is there currently a delay in the NVC? I saw timelines where it goes through the NVC process quickly and get sent to the embassy.

Hopefully your "NOA2" was your Approval Notice. Our second notice was an RFE. NOA2 does not mean approval notice!

Hi VJers. I am curious about NOA2. Does it have a 4 months valid expiration date? Does this mean that we need to schedule the interview and enter the US within 4 months? or it's just that we need to do the medical exam and embassy interview within 4 months? Thank you guyzz

Hi VJ members. I found out that CFO class is necessary or mandatory as well for the K1 visa. I know that we can attend the seminar ahead of time, but we'll have to go back once we have our visa to get it stamp. However, i am wondering what exactly happens during the one-on-one counseling? Is it somewhat like an interview? Has anybody got denied or failed?.What are the type of questions they ask during counseling? Thanks everyone!

Hi VJ members!..For those who already have taken their medical exam or for those who might know, I was wondering regarding the vaccination process at St. Lukes. Are we allowed to get all those shots within that time so that I dont have to take those other vaccinations in the States. Is it safe to receive all the injections in one time?. I remember reading 1 blog here and the lady said she only got 1 injection. However, on the paperwork they required multiple vaccinations. Any input would be appreciated. God bless us all!
