    Popodita, hope you had a wonderful holiday too. If those are the two things blue slipped then it's just a matter of time that he will get the visa. The (non) criminal record in Canada might be more time consuming than getting a cosponsor but neither should be a problem. Good luck! Hope you will be together soon.
