I have a quick questions concerning my N-400 processing. I filed my N-400 since last year august and in line since September 4. And I have called the uscis office several time and also made a request for the interview notice. I was told to wait 30 days but I didn't get nothing in the mail or change of status on there website. My local office is detriot. I will appreciate if anyone here can advice me on what to do next. This is killing me...waiting waiting waiting......pls help with what to do next. My dad had partial stroke and I need to go home and take care of him...plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

I have a quick question concerning my case. Filling under 3 years marriage. Got my 2yrs green back 2011 and 10yrs gc in 2013. I then moved to another state for school and job, will be graduating june 2015. Going back to my wife but i traveled back home, every month. My question is, am i go gonna get into any problem while going for my interview. i submitted all the documents such as bank letter, 3 years tax, utilities, car insurance, marriage certificate, previous divorce paper of my ex., birth certificate of me and my wife. Last question. I have been waiting for my interview date. I have been inline since sept 4 for interview date. they received my pack july 25 and notice date is August 8... Please your advice will be needed urgently. Thanks and God bless

I'm so worried,pls i need someone to explain to me pls..My husband come to US on B2 visa which is last year.We met online(dec) and we got married this year(feb)...we file for AOS (April).we got a mail that our document as been recieve and they sent Biometric appointment ..after some days or a week.they sent a letter that we file a wrong affidavit of support form ..which they want us t send the right form which i have fill but my first questions is this.Can my friend or family fill the co sponsor or his friend who are UCS.My second is,after when he got his B2 visa,then he got divorce before coming to STATE.and he have his divorce paper with him which we filled along with our documents.My question-When going for interview..is there any particular question they are going to ask him or me..or if you have a clique .Also,we have not got EAD card yet ..its over 14days after the Biometric.Can someome explain better what is going on over there..Thanks
