    hello , yes my dear she need to apply for her police certificate from General Intelligence Department/Abdali in Amman (mukhabarat office) as far as i know waiting period is one week , she need to go there by her self and apply for it, if you have any friend who works there you might get it in less than a week.yes my dear that what you need to send for NVC and must ask them for english certificate
