Hey - First you have to get the medical certificate from a Doctor in the US. There is a list of doctors who are authorized by USCIS for this. Make sure you take ur medical shot records with you when u visit the doctor (The shots that u took in India before visa interview). Then u need the marriage certificate and the proof of your relationship, dont remember other documents that are required.

Supporting documents are not required to be Notorized, u just need to get the form notorized.

I took last 3 yrs of Tax returns.

Hey - My thn fiance (US Citizen) got the statement of support Notorized and I had to get the translation of DOB notorized. You basically have to get any document that is not in English notorized. All the best do let me knw if u have any questions or need any help.

1) What did u show as evidence of the relationship - photos, emails, phone records etc.. duration that this evidence covers

2) How long have u guys been in a relationship

3) When was the last time u guys had met

Thanks for ur help ... one more question where should I send the packet 3 ... i called up VFS and they said email it to infousdelhi@vfshelpline.com...However they couldnt tell me whether I need to send my photograh as a seperate file or shd I attach it to the form and then scan and send it...this is really confusing..

Hey Guys, have a question - New Delhi embassy received our case on July 5th and I still havent received the packet 3, I wrote an email to VFS and they said that the embassy will send it shortly and they also attached a couple of forms - should I wait to receive the packet or just fill up the 2 forms and send them back to the embassy. Will really appreciate if u can share ur experience.

Our case was approved and forwarded to the New Delhi embassy on July 5th but i still havent received the packet 3. I understand that there are 2 forms in packet three.. shd i wait to receive it in mail from the embassy or can i just download the forms and send the updated forms to the embassy?

Hey Guys... NVC told me that they have forwarded our case to the New Delhi Embassy on July 1st.. how many days do you think they take to send the packet 3? Also how long did it take u guys to get the PCC... please share your experience.. thanks
