im at a loss of where or what we're doing with the case as of now... nvc received the petition nov 12th and fiance hasn't received his packet in the mail yet.... is there something we need to be doing???
It's about 4 weeks before they contact you to pay fees and/or inform you the case is being sent to the consulate. I would call next week to check the status.
Did you email the Embassy. I received my packet via email. Once I emailed them they sent it the next day, it took forever for now husband to get in the mail; but you don't need the original to get a interview date.
@Sleepless..the petioner or beneficiary receives the email? I did not email the embassy... I thought I had to wait upon Packet 3 before I contact them at all? All this time been waiting for this and I'm more confused then ever!!
