Hi here is my story i thought i was done with uscis but i guess not i had my interview back in feb 06 and got approved got i551 and a letter stating that but i never rec'd my card so i filed i90 for that and today i got a letter and i90 app back in the letter they are asking me to go for biometrics code 3 which i have done a year ago should i go for that it says if i dont my application will be considered abandoned what should i do anyone else been in this situation plz advice thanks.

hi i've been waiting for my card for about 4 months now filed 3 inquiries over the phone filed i 90 but haven't rec'd the noa for it filed another inquiry this morning with a IO over the phone and he said this time i should get it in a few days lets see what happens i'm thinking of going to a infopass but the reason i havent done it is cuz it takes all day in chicago and i'm not sure anything will come out of it but if i dont hear anything in a couple of weeks then i will, goodluck to all of us waiting.

Hi a ? again where to file I90 if your I130 was processed at nsc and i485 at msc and your DO is chicago, illinois which service center should i file the i90 with i was file it with MSC am i right your answers would be greatly appriciated thanks.

I had a successful interview on 13th FEB and was informed that my Green card would be posted to me within 14 days. Its now the end of March and I am still waiting for my welcome letter.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how long have you had to wait. I've contacted the miss information line and they have filed a request for me ...but I'm still none the wiser on where my card is and am hoping to go back to England within the next few months.

My interview was in Jacksonville Florida.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi i'm in the same situation as u my interview was on feb 14 and havent recd anything yet, call the misinfo line couple of times and same thing took my info and ask to call back after 30 days, once i talked to imgration off and he said it could take a few months cuz they have to do some administrative work at the DO before they can send it for production of card at msc, its only for some unlucky people like us most of the people get it in a few days, i'm gonna wait til apr 17th and file a I90 for not recieving the card.

Hi i'm in the same situation as u my interview was back on the 14 of feb yes valentines day i got approved as well and got a stamp on my passport and was told that my gc will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks, i've seen people recieving thier online approval after a week or so and their gc in couple of weeks my online status hasn't changed since the day they recieved my fingerprint that is what the message says no lud nothing i'm waiting impatiently for my gc so i can move on let me know if any changes i'll do the same goodluck to all, and by the way whats is DO mine is chicago.

Hi now that i have a stamp on my passport I551 can i go to the ssn office and ask them to fix my ssn like valid for with dhs authorization or should i wait til i get my card any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated thanks.

First of all i wanna thank everyone for helping me along the way u guys r the best, now the good news i got approved in chicago today i got the best officer u can ask for very simple few ?'s from the form and then went and talked to the supervisor come back and ask for my passport and printed out a letter saying i'm approved and then stamped my passport with i551 granted permanent residence, i wanna add this for those of u r waiting for their interview dont worry about a thing dont stress urself over what they gonna ask u if u look worried then they will ask more ?'s if u look relaxed u be outta there in 10 minutes like me good luck to everyone and thanks again.
