Still no word on AOS. I suppose it's good news as it's been over 60 days and no RFE Received while timelines show RFE usually received within 12 days.... -

My 3 week vacation in Canada with my fiance is coming to a close and I'm such a mess. Trying so hard NOT to cry at the parting which doesn't happy until Thursday, but so very hard knowing we go back to waiting again

2 weeks until Toronto. Haven't heard on NOA2 yet, but our lawyer wants to go ahead and do the consulate paperwork anyway as she feels that positive about it =)

6 weeks till I can meet up with my fiance in Toronto. So looking forward it! Wiould be perfect if I could bring him back with me after, but it would take a miracle at this point and I do not place faith in foolish hopes

going back through the k-1 process again just means we have even more time to spend getting to know each other. It means a lovely vacation together outside the US. It means the application is alread partially processed as they have the info from before. I'm thinking POSITIVE thoughts here to hang on as we go back through the emotional rollercoaster

Hey your b-day is 10 days after my honeybuns and the same year. Here we are going through this once again. Everything happens when it is time. If ours had gone through the first time I would not have been there to support mom when my stepdad passed away at the end of Sept. and then Mom dying Feb 2. what a freaking year . Whew. But we will both make it through. keep me updated

Hey, you hang in there ok? I'm a July filer too (7/19) and my petition is in Vermont. I also received a RFE. We should hear something either this month or no later than February 15th:) I'll say a prayer for you and you do the same ok? There's power in prayer and strength in numbers. Have a great evening.

I know.. but we keep saying to each other, LAST TIME!! so that next Christmas he will be here..Contacted congressman Boehner.... all I got from Boehner's office was a letter saying I will hear something within 30 days as they are still processing the RFE ... bleh!!
