Just a quick question regarding extra letter attatchments if you have to answer yes to any of the questions on Part 3.
I got arrested for a DUI so obviously im answering yes to question 7 on part 3. The trouble is my case is still pending so i cannot explain what consequences occured. my trial date is actually the end of september but my paperwork needs to be sent a couple of weeks before then. So im thinking of writing on the attatched letter why i got arrested and explain that the case is still pending. My papers are coming together and im almost there ready to send them out, its a little daunting so i want everything perfect of course.
I would appreciate any ideas/advice/input from anyone who can help.
