Was the address to mail your Wife's Green card a proper USCIS address? as has already been stated, something sounds not right to recieve a hand written letter off USCIS, was it on the USCIS paper? do not go to your local office blowing steam, be calm and ask for the letter to be verified, some other source may have been trying a scam on you and your family.

Put them on a CD, i did this and took it with me for my 2 year interview and i mailed it with my I-751.

Your Green card is valid for 2 years, the divorce will not be done in three weeks, once you apply for ROC based on waiver you will be given the one year extension.

As Brit abroad said, get prepared.

Great Post Sib, my cover letter stated why my name wasnt on the deeds to house and most of the utilities(my wife was living there when we met) i was added to her bank account making it joint, also added to a couple of the utilities.

did the normal things such as insurance ect.

VSC have been pushing April out at a good rate, maybe we will see another 5-6. also how many have received approval and not updated VJ.

ROC and AOS are totally different, as many have said it is the Bio receipt number, NOA-1 number will not work.

My card arrived in the mail this morning :dance:

May i ask how long have you actually spent living in the US?

Today i recieved another text, email and online case update, also sounds like another letter on its way.

Like waiting for a bus, wait hours then several come along.
