    Hi BigApple,

    Good to hear from you. I do not have a lawyer. I contacted Senator Diane Feinstein on the 24th; her staff response, "we'll get to it sometime later this month if we decide to take it on." That is deplorable. I'm waiting to hear from my Congressperson. Do you think it contacting your elected official would help for you?

    Hello, my fianceé Yolanda received a letter from the embassy on October 21, 2011. I looked through the file but do not have any document entitled Notice of Action. It seems that our case has been fast tracked for some reason. I anticipated at least 7 months; so, we are shocked by the short notice.
