I have a conditional green card and I’d like to apply I-751 to remove my Conditional status but my husband will have job in Singapore for US company branch, My question is do I need to stay in US until my I-751 approved, or I can go with my husband to Singapore, and get my approval at US Embassy in Singapore ?

CO didn't ask my wife any documents and an Indonesian lady said our paperwork is complete. You need to do your medical exam before interview. My wife went to Medikaloka clinic at Kuningan, Jakarta.

Today my wife went to interview and the CO said she can pick up her visa on next Tuesday. Finally we can finish this visa journey and see each other again. Thank you for VJ website and all of you guys which are so helpful with a lot of information and answers.

I got my wife interview date in end of august for October 5. I think NVC is going let you guys know sometime next week for November interview. NVC will send you paket 4 for IR1/CR1 by e-mail.

From my experience after interview you have 6 months to enter US before visa expires. When you pick up your passport with visa in it, they give you sealed envelope to bring to US.

I have a question about my wife being out of US for 3 months after she get her condition green card. Is it going to be a problem for her removing condition when she does that ? She is back to her country for helping her sister getting married and then she'll come back to US.

I called NVC and talked to operator this morning, he told me my wife's interview on October 5. I wait for e-mail for confirmation to make sure.

I'm just wondering that it is possible for NVC to send our documents to each US embassy without waiting for interview date. NVC still can send e-mail later about interview date after US embassy is confirming it. Any opinions or experiences ?

I'm at NVC right now waiting for interview date. I hope they work fast to make interview date.

I checked the AVR today and it said case completed on August 11, 2011. Now I'm waiting for interview date. I don't know how long it takes to get interview date from USEM in Jakarta.

AVR is still the same as last week. I'm justing waiting until next week.

I checked NVC AVR this morning it's said "AOS was reviewed dan found missing or incomplete information and they sent checklist on august 3". Do you guys know what this mean ? Is this false RFE or true RFE ? I sent AOS on July 22. I just sent DS-230 + all original documents 2 days ago.
