    Today I woke up to news of 27 dead in Latakia, Syria due to anti-government protests and a dozen coordinated bombings in Iraq killing at least 69 people. Both countries border Turkey. This makes me want to get my baby out of there NOW! I'm nervous about my visit now too. CRAZY!

      That's right you are planning a trip soon. I had to wait on my trip due to the approval coming soon (praying hard). I was afraid if I booked my trip, I would have to book another one the next month for the interview. I do hope there is a chance that the violence will die down enough for you to take your trip. I know you are looking forward to it.

      Awww Thanks Chynna! I will be going on the trip as long as the planes are flying. Tolga keeps telling me this is normal. He's not worried. And to me, that's so much worse that it is normal. I need him here...and that will come soon enough. I'm sorry you've had to put off your trip. But next time you see him, you could be bringing him home!! SO exciting :)
