Hi, ONCE THAT YOUR LOCAL USCIS OFFICE RECEIVE YOUR PAPERS WHAT IS NEXT? Finally our case is moving

We called yesterday and the officer told me that they still working on February petitions I'm sure that April filers will be approve soon at least yours was transfer already mine still pending .

Any approvals for April Filers ? My NOA is April 16 and the file was transferred to CSC on Nov 25. Anyone herd anything from USCIS?

I sent my mom on 4/21 and not news yet I called last week and talked to a supervisor and she said that is taking 8 months so hopefully we can hear good news before new year

i am april filler . i got noa 1 on april 5 2013.

my case is still in nbc and they never touch. i thought NBC also stop sending transfer to other service center.

what should i do???

hi, I'M april filer too and like you not news yet. I schedule a info pass for next week to check on my case. Some March filers receive notices that there cases are transfer already so hopefully we are next!!!! good luck

Hi , I'm new in this forum . I submitted my mom petition on 4/21/13 but she is inside of USA already received her work permit but like all of you guys this waiting is killing us . Anyone know how long take this process if you parent is in USA already she came with a visa and all her process started while she have her 6 months permission to stayed in the country. I SUBMITTED MY MOM PETITON (130-485 AND 765) ON APRIL 21, 2013 INSIDE THE USA BEFORE HER VISITOR VISA EXPIRED. WE RECEIVED HER WORK PERMIT A MONTH LATER AND ALSO A LETTER THAT STATED THE USCIS IS BEHIND IN PROCESSING TIME AND SHE MAY NOT REQUIRE A INTERVIEW BECAUSE SHE IS IN USA. BEING SIX MONTH ALREADY AND ANY UPDATE IN THEIR WEBSITE EITHER STILL SHOW THAT THEY CAN'T FIND THAT CASE TALKED WITH A USCIS SUPERVISOR AND TOLD US THE OUR CASE STILL ON THE BENEFIT CENTER AND HE ADVISE TO CALL EVERY MONTH TO KEEP CHECKING THE STATUS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALSO HAVE SOME THECNICALL ISSUES AND SOME CASE ARE NOT UPDATING.

ANY OTHER PETITONER THAT IS DOING ALL THIS PROCESS WITH HIS OR HER PARENT IN THE USA HAVE THE SAME ISSUE? NOT SURE HOW LONG IS GOING TO TAKE THIS ADJUSMENT TO BE APPROVE, THANKS IN ADVANCE

I have been a member for a few years, and if ever I needed to research/confirm information about the process, or expected wait times for the various applications or field offices all I had to do was look back through the post and find the answer, but this situation is a little bit different. Maybe someone can shed some light on the Atlanta Field Office, and specifically how long it is taking to get an application (NS-400) through that office. It appears that the Atlanta office is way behind, and then you look at other offices and they are rapidly processing applications. What is the deal? Best guess from someone about expected length this final process might take?

Based on this LINK it appears that the next Oath Ceremony for Atlanta is on August 12 2011 Someone please tell me that I'm looking at the wrong place. Usually in Atlanta Oath and Interview fell on same day for most people.
