2. Call NVC and give them your and your wife's email id. Then tell your wife to send an email to NVC in following format.

It may be because of Diwali because my wife got interviewed on 17th Oct and got SMS from VFS on 19th about dispatching from New Delhi and finally she picked up her passport on 20th from Chandigarh local VFS office.

Normally it takes 50-60 days after case completion for Indian Embassies... numbers can vary because of holidays !

In my case, I had submitted both with DS230.

I think you should call NVC, explain your situation and ask them what to do... because according to the requirements, both PCCs must go with DS230 packet...

I came to US through this category as my uncle filed for my dad in 1991 and we came to US in 2006... 15 years !

I bet it's the consulate more than NVC. NVC gets the dates and number of allotments from the Consulate and then they schedule the dates.

I believe so.. I guess Mumbai is the busiest consulate in India... specially too many holidays this time of year...

looks like NVC is in slow mode again.... But don't panic... everything will be fine...

both kids are like 4 years and 1 year... So don't have any problem under CSPA..
