I am an Indonesian, married with US citizen in May 2010. We were married in Jakarta, where I live. My husband lives and works in New Jersey.
We sent the I-130 on June 2010, and got NOA1 on July 2011. But had been approved by USCIS on March 2011 (8 months, finally).
It's through NVC for the visa process start on April 2011, and CC on June 2011. Then continues to US Embassy for an interview on August 2011. And fortunately got my Visa 3 days after interview.
Now, here I am. I arrived in USA on Sept 2011. So grateful to be reunited with my husband again. Hopefully for the rest of our life, never be separated again.
OMG, did I make mistake? I just make a payment for IV bill this morning, but I haven't send I-864 packages. I've just read that it can be a problem.. (
if it appears as paid when u sign in for the payment then u can send ur packets, it's ok if u paid it and u haven't sent out the packets yet, but it will delay ur case. .
