Unfortunateley I don't know, you have to look it up yourself on the internet. Go on Google and find out who is your senator in Massachusetts and tellephone number.
-
If you live in USA you have to know this stuff. Senator is a person in the government who represents your state. Each state has 2 senators. one of them might be able to help you. You can also call USCIS and submit a service request, which means that they can request Service Center to look at your case within 30 days.
-
Then you should call USCIS and find out the status of your case and verify the case number.
-
you can access uscis.gov and create an account and see updates on your case. Mine has not been touched since initial review and I have not heard any answer yet. So yeah, not touched.

Congratulations. Lifetime happiness to you. I hope my case is also gonna take less than 6 months like yours.

Hello to everyone who will visit my profile. It's been 4 months and a week since NOA1. My case was not "touched" at all since NOA1. Any words of encouragement? I will take. And if anyone knows what's going on in VSC, please inform. Thank you:)

I faxed a letter explaining something weird was going on, that cases filed weeks/months after mine were approved weeks before mine, skipping right over me, attached the list of case numbers I had (I noticed some people got pissed at you for that- they might be stuck and not even know it!) Im pretty sure it was not due to background checks, I've had way tougher than USCIS. Congress-critter will need some privacy release forms from you, look up on his/her website. Might have been a coin...
