Unfortunateley I don't know, you have to look it up yourself on the internet. Go on Google and find out who is your senator in Massachusetts and tellephone number.

If you live in USA you have to know this stuff. Senator is a person in the government who represents your state. Each state has 2 senators. one of them might be able to help you. You can also call USCIS and submit a service request, which means that they can request Service Center to look at your case within 30 days.

you can access uscis.gov and create an account and see updates on your case. Mine has not been touched since initial review and I have not heard any answer yet. So yeah, not touched.
