      nilagay ko yan dati sa form only to realize it refers to a name which has been used formally pero wala namang naging problema, i just explained it nung interview ko na, wag mo na lagay nickname mo.

      oh ok..thank you very much..medyo naliwanagan ako dun,i guess i will just state or put a note telling them about my nickname kasi lahat ng nkalagay dun is my nickname..
