    Apparently, we just need Igor's green card in order for him to start working. He's been looking for a job but nothing good so far. I was told that the green card is considered a work permit. The letter from social security clearly states that he can legally work here but needs the green card. Any info or advice? Is the wrong info? Thanks

    APPROVED!!!! Yesterday was interview #2 and we were approved in less than 30 minutes! Igor will be here in about 2 weeks or so!!!

      His interview was at 11am and the officer told him to return at 4:30 to pick up his passport with the Visa in it :)

    Igor had his interview this morning and they said NO. They claim that I dont make enough to support him but according to their poverty guidelines, I can support a family of 8 but we must get a Co Sponsor :( They asked him many many questions about many things. We have to prove our relationship as well since I have been married before.

    Igor had his interview this morning and they said NO. They claim that I dont make enough to support him but according to their poverty guidelines, I can support a family of 8 but we must get a Co Sponsor :( They asked him many many questions about many things. We have to prove our relationship as well since I have been married before.

      He was interviewed by 3 different people. All asking many questions. He answered all of the questions correctly with confidence and consistency but now they want this. This sucks. They have no idea what this set back has done to us.

      The embassy has rescheduled Igor's interview for one day earlier! Dec. 20th 2011.. We hope this is a good sign :)

    JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND AND HIS VISA GOT APPROVED!!!!!!! :) I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY THIS LONG PROCESS IS OVER! NOW TIME TO BUY HIM A PLANE TICKET AND GET HIM HERE! :)

    Found a new joint sponsor for my husband now just gotta get everything together and mail it off today or tomorrow and call to set up yet another appointment for my husband to go to Skopje Embassy..

    Set up another appointment for my husband at the Skopje Embassy for September 20th! Please God let them give him his visa after he submits the missing document!

    NVC received our case on 8/15 but hasn't uploaded it yet. Operator said to call back in 10 days to get Case#. At least it's there :D

      I've called them twice this week. The second time, the man said that the case is in the building and I MUST wait at least 10 days before checking for the case#. He was rude and in a rush so I said, No, I think I'll try everyday. He said, you MUST wait at least 10-20 days Ma'am. I said No, I will try everyday SIR! Because I am dying without my husband and I need him here so since it DOESN'T hurt anyone for me to check everyday, I WILL TRY EVERYDAY! lol.. He wasn't q...
