Yes my husband is LPR. NVC trigerred my consular processing as soon as my case got completed. It is entirely upto NVC when they start consular processing.

No I am the beneficiary(wife) and my husband is an LPR. As you can see I filed in August 2010 and got the approval in 5 months. You should contact USCIS service center in which you have applied for your case. Let me know if you have further queries. Thanks
