    for fiancee's kids, dont list it in your i134 because they are not going to come together with your fiancee. i have the same situation, and we didnt list my children in my fiance (now husband's) i134.

    the date you submit, is when you signed your form.

    another questions are for g-325a:

    for parents info, does it have to be mother maiden name, not the current last name right? (better list your mother's name as listed in the birth certificate)

    for applicant's last address outside of US for more then 1 year, so if I've lived outside of US like 10 years ago, do I have to remember that address and exact dates? (provide as complete if possible).

  2. strongly not recommended. you will have to file for adjustment of status BEFORE your K1 visa expired. If you got married 2 days before your visa is expired, you will have to at least 3 days until your marriage is recorded and you can order a certified marriage certificate to be attached to your i485 application, and the application needs to be accepted by USCIS before your visa expired.

    As for SSN, better apply now when your visa is still valid, and later after you got married you can report for name change. later after you received your greencard, you need to report your new status too. good luck !
