    My online status has been changed to the following;
    On July 16, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
    I also received a letter from USCIS today. It is basically telling me I got approved. Hopefully I will receive my GC soon

    It was hard to believe some of applicants' bio was waived. And now it seems like June applicants received their bio letter. It is very weird. I probably am not gonna fully understand what was going on over there in April and May...
    BTW congrats on your approval I am happy for you!

    I am sorry to hear that
    I just used my new case # to verify my information today and it worked, so your husband could definitely get his one.
    When I called a couple days ago, I asked the tier 2 person like "Could I get my new case # please? I heard that the ROC applicants usually get a new case # with a bio letter, but I do not get the letter. I would like to truck my case status online."
    She said "sure".
    She gave me my new case # right away.
    I really hope your husband will get one next time he calls. Good Luck

    I do not think you have to worry about that so much because I have not heard anything for about 55 days after my bio.
    It is very stressful, and I understand that. Hang in there. I hope we get something soon
