The last 3 people I have spoken to at DOS have told me they are unable to see if the results of the medical have arrived at the embassy. Can they usually see it or do I need to call the embassy itself?

Sorry if this seems obvious. My fiance is ready to send his packet 3 documents to the London Embassy. Does he need to attach a photo on the DS-156 in the box for a photo or is that something they do later?

My NAO2 date is May 20th. When I called early this morning, they said they had not received it yet and gave me the standard, "Wait 15 days". I called about 5 hours later and they were able to give me my LND number. Shouldn't be too long for you.
