    Visa approved!!!! The consulate was open and the huelga did not affect it or that area for that matter, thank God!

    its been a month since my CC, but US embassy jakarta still haven't received my file. Is it okay? what should I do? should I call NVC to ask?

      I have not called the embassy to ask if they have received the file. I am assuming that the need to have it by the date of the interview, so I am not calling. If you want call NVC, but I don't know how much they can do.

    APPROVED! on June 23, 2011 :) .... I was shock when I got the news receiving that letter made me CRY, LAUGH & I called my husband in seconds ofcourse lol to tell him, he was happy aswell. Sorry I couldn't update you guys sooner!

    Just called NVC and received a CASE COMPLETE message. How long do you think before they set an interview? Do you think I might get an interview date sometime in July?

      I am tempted to call but I will wait until next week. Does anyone know when the NVC schedules interviews?
