Yes, I did recieve the receipt, did biometrics, got an approval letter, but no physical card.

I have been having an issue recieving my green card for almost a year. I have applied for I-751 in late June 2010 and got an approval letter on September 2010. Waited for 60days, and never recieved my green card, so I called USCIS and they told me to file I-90 without a fee, so I did as they told me. I didn't hear much for a long time (but checked in with them here and there), and I recieved a decision letter on May 3 2011 saying that my I-90 was denied because I didn't include the fee. Meanwhile, my husband (US citizen) found out that he got accepted in a job in Japan and he will be leaving in mid-July. With a senator's office's help, I'm reapplying for I-90 again, but I was wondering if I should wait to apply for I-131 until I recieve my green card.

If I apply for the I-131 now, Can I apply it with I-751 approval letter? I also got a stamp on my passport on February and it's good till August (i-551 stamp evidencing of my permanent residency).

Or should I wait for my green card then apply for I-131?

Any advice on this case would be very helpful.

I am not exactly sure though, you may have possibility to not get into US.

It could depends on the immigration officer you will see at the airport.

You may want to ask / search story from many people like your situation.

Hi there,

I am thinking about including a prepaid return envelope along with my I-131 application.

I am a Colorado resident that I will be sending my application to USCIS Phoenix Office. In the prepaid return envelope's "Sender" address section, should I put this USCIS Phoenix Office address? I'm not sure which office will send out the notice that I wanted to make sure.

If anybody can help me on this, that would be great.
