  1. Hey guys! :)

So my fiance and I have received the noa2 about two weeks ago...and now I am working on the I-134 affidavit of support. Since I am a college student and only work part time my dad is my joint or co sponsor.

My question is what exactly do I send out to my fiance?

Is it just these or is there more to it?

    1. Completed I-134 (from me and my co sponsor)

    2. 6 Most Recent Pay Stubs (from me and my co sponsor)

    3. Letter from the employer stating time of employment, salary and in good standing (from me and my co sponsor)

    4. Statement from the bank stating when the account was opened and the current balance (from me and my co sponsor)

    5. Letter of intent that I still want to marry him (from me)

    6. More evidence from a ongoing relationship (from me)

    7. Tax returns

is this it? Or is there more to it? If so please let me know!

Also...does he have to wait until they somehow contact him to make an interview or can he just make on now?

    Thank You!!!

  2. Hey guys!

So I checked on the uscis website and the blue dot moved from initial review to post decision activity..what does that really mean? its says this................... Post Decision Activity

On June 9, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Does this mean that it's approved? And how come I never got an email or a text?

    Thanks!
