I just concerned about medical tho... i want to proceed right away with my medical even if i dont have the noa2...the USCIS said they will send the noa2 within 15-30 days and we can proceed to medical just showing the NVC letter with mnl case no.... so i guess it is ok to have my medical without noa2..noa2 is just for applying AOS right???

So probably i will have my noa2 copy perhaps on my interview...

DO u really think that i can have my medical just showing NVC letter w/ mnl case no without the noa2?

Hi guys... one of my friend asking me if noa2 is really needed during medical and interview... she only got NVC letter with manila case no. but her and her fiancee did not even received a noa2 either email or mail..They only received an NVC letter stating that NVC received the approved petition and they will forward the packet to USEM within a week with MNL case no. on it...So, i need ur help guyz .. i cant answer her question... SO IS IT OK SHE CAN PROCEED TO MEDICAL NOW without a NOA2?????EVEN IF SHE ONLY GOT AN NVC LETTER WITH MANILA CASE NO. ??how about in interview?? do the consul ask about noa2????? actually they called USCIS and VSC regarding about the noa2...they said they will send it within 15-30 days...and they can just proceed a medical showing only NVC letter w/ mnl case no. is it really okie guyz???? any reply will greatly appreciated.. Hello guys, need ur help, is anybody here same situation like me... Fiancee nor I did not receive our noa2 even in email or mail....but then we got approved... We know it bcoz fiancee got received a letter from NVC stating that they received the approved petition with the mnl case on it... So, is this mean i can proceed for medical since i had this NVC letter ??? or i really need the noa2???

anybody done there medical showing nvc letter or mnl case no. only????do u think i am fine with this if i only show this letter with mnl case???ty guyzzzzzzzz!!

I need some advice..I am a k1 and k2 visa.. I've been workin in Malaysia before for 9 months.. I've heard during the interview at USEM they will ask u a police clearance if u have stayed or worked over 6 months in another country.. So,to make my requirements ready since i was still waiting for my noa2.. I went on July 14,2011 to the Malaysian EMbassy to request a PC from MAlaysia...and now i just got a letter from them says...

Dear Ms. ______ ,

RE: GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE

I would like to refer to u the letter above matter.

The embassy would like to inform that one of the prerequisite of applying a certificate of good conduct is that a person had worked or stayed in malaysia for more than 1 year in your case your stay in malaysia was less than 1 year , therefore you are not eligible to apply for the certificate.

I was confused ..Is there any country except for Malaysia that they dont need to issue a PC if u have not stayed or worked over 1 year??? Is this mean i will be okie when the consul asked me a PC and i just give this letter to them during the interview??This letter is from Malaysia EMbassy i received it with Seal... what if they will asked me a PC since i am 9 months in Malaysia??? Do u think guys they will not asked me a PC since i got this letter??? Need your help guys... I got sleepless night thinking about this! huhuhhu...

Any advice will greatly appreciated...THanks !

I have a question,is it possible that i cannot pass the medical exam if i have a cyst or lump in the breast ??? we are processing k1/fiance visa and i am so worried that it'll be the reason for the denial...need some advice who already encountered this issue...

I think iba situation natin eh... sabi kasi nila kapag under k1 visa ka daw hahananapan ka ng consule in time sa interview mo ng police clearance kung saan ka naka abroad before...at un kung nag stay ka sa ibang bansa ng over 6 months...in my side 9 months kasi ako eh..kaya ganun need ko talaga kumuha ng PC from malaysia.. huhuhuhu...sana malampasan ko to... confused kasi ako ano kailangan kung isubmit eh wala na sa akin ang old passport ko.. tas need daw photo copies of all pages sa passport with the stamped of it ...

Hello anyone know if how can i request a police clearance without my passport??? The recruiter was holding my passport and i dont have it with me...I came in malaysia by one month tourist visa and i stayed there for 9 months..i found a work there but i dont have a working permit....and the recruiter was promised me that she will be the one who will process my work permit... but sad to say i couldn't find her(recruiter) or i can't contact her anymore... I am only using travel documents when i returned to Philippines... and the big problem is one of the requirements of getting a certificate of good conduct or police clearance was the photocopy of the passport which has a stamped on it...I got only Travel documents...is this ok to submit instead of photocopy of the passport??? anyone knows what are the requirements should i submit???? We are processing our k1 visa now and i want to complete my requirements as soon as possible..I am afraid that it will be the reason for the denial for my interview so soon... i really need your help guys...
