Hola! en la entrevista nos fue mas o menos, nos dieron RFE por algo super tonto pero por lo visto cambiaron de opinion porque ya me aprobaron y aun ni he mandado nada! Como quiera estoy consiguiendo lo que pidieron para que luego no me salgan con tragedias. tu aun sin novedades?

After like 10 trips (literally) to the DMV I finally got my drivers license!! and 1 week until AOS interview! So exciting!

the written test consists in 25 questions and can only have 5 wrong to pass, you can do the test until you pass but there's a limit of 2/day. Did u go to SAVE already? I recommend doing that asap since they can take up to 7 weeks to review your status. Luckily for me only took 1 week since it was something so simple.

the written test was... hard haha. Of course I did not study neither read anything at all so I was clueless about Colorado laws and that stuff. I finally passed at the 4th time I did it, of course by that time I already knew all the answers and only got 1 wrong haha...

CONT...I think even the EAD would work as a issued ID but there's nothing better than your passport right now (along with your marriage certificate if you changed ur name)

That's so weird, for me the EAD was enough, my problem was only the last names. Anyways, I am going tomorrow to the DMV, I still need to do the driving test again but I am getting at least my driving permit tomorrow. I am not worried about the state ID, your passport is a government issued ID as well so thats good to take to the interview, u dont have your passport? I think even the EAD wou...

oh yeah, that happened to me when I tried to get my DL! USCIS apparently did not 'update' their system with my new (married) last name and my last names did not match so I had to go to SAVE to check that. Luckily only took a few days to fix it but yeah, such a pain! Did u have the same problem with the last names or what was the problem??

el EAD y travel documento es el mismo! es combo card!... checate en tu EAD y abajito debe decir 'serves as advance parole'... yo tampoco tengo fecha de entrevista aun

no kidding, driving 3-4 hrs for nothing is never fun! I am still waiting for my EAD but since I know its approved already, now I am antsy about the interview haha... Hopefully we will receive our appointment notices soon, These people need to get their butts back to work!

Did u find out when your interview will be after they reschedule iT?? I still have not received an appointment Denver office must be pretty busy I guess!
