U read it alllllllll wrong ericknmark... they asked for all official documents non impediment, police records n such... they DIDNT NEED pics cell records, plane tix.. weve been together for a long time n have a 6 year old together my son's a US citizen that lives in JA with is dad so thats proof in it self i would say. i used a lawyer to file

processing time and then have to work extra hard to prove themselves at the interview and still get bad news. I ask myself "Is this for real?" It’s sad that people truly in love are suffering from the super long wait and then on top of that they have to read these insane stories.

Hello, I had the same message and I was wondering the same thing. It does NOT go straight to the consulate in jamaica. It goes to the NVC first. Just keep calling everyday until the NVC receives it.

hey i had my fiancee pp pics mail with k1 packet... so they had pp pics of him. they needed pp pics of me... my lawyer could have told me that u would think. but USCIS received the 5/23 so now i am wondering how much longer it will take for NOA2 i see within 60 day but omg thats a long time...

I actually hired an attorney to do the whole process... so she is the one that has been doing all the filings. I called NVC but they said that it can take up to 15 business days for them to receive my file but at the moment there was no record of it yet..

Hello again. I know they my RFE is definitely going to be for forgetting to add a copy of proof of citizenship. And I also did not add a "Letter of Intent to Marry" and think they might want that also. Did you include the 2 letters of intent to marry?

How r u... yes i sent the letter of intent to marry a copy of my citizenship, emails letters,phone records,everyting.... I got the RFE today and my lawyer didnt tell me i needed 2 passport size pics of me so we had jus sent pics of my fiance.... So its not hard i will mail the pics of ASAP i took them already...

There isnt really any problem my dear... my lawyer submitted my petiton in Dec and i receive NOA1 Dec 21 on May 9 i received a RFE for 2 Passport Pics of myself no thanks to my lawyer and they received them on the 23rd of May now... i am waiting to get an approval idk whats the long wait about. I know that after an RFE it can take up to 60 days to get an approval but Gosh its just 2 pics... but i am hanging in there best wishes to u... I havent seen my fiance since March Last year its hard

omg. you should uscis if they really received your rfe. i dont trust our lawyer anymore thats why my fiance will go down with her to file our rfe. dnt just believe on what your lawyer said, she already messed up once.

o hon i am on top of my game i am signed up with USCIS so i receieve updates and i call USCIS once a week to check on my status via phone...I mean business...
